I have been doing this yoga in Kauai. It is really really kewl. I liked it enough to start a fan page for it. No more overstretching and competing with myself. ; - ) REally kewl people and amazing network of friends coming together in the islands. Hope to see you there.

Sort of a trippy experience recording this song- birds started surrounding my studio and chirping madly. I could not tell if they were telling me to shut up or joining me. At the end of the song it started pouring down rain . . .
